f i f t y s i x  is a renovated townhouse in Mosta. The concept derived from the soft limestone of the Maltese landscape. The stone itself became the foundation of the project, in the way it's manipulated into curves as well as its natural warmth and honesty. 

 

Past, present and future come together in this project, creating timeless spaces using natural materials, pure geometries and a neutral warm color palette as basis.

 

The original arches are translated into vaults and the transitions in the space are softened with curved corners and organic furniture - bringing a sense of comfort and protection to the user. Making ‘Fifty-six’ the ultimate definition of the concept ‘home’.
