K  P R O J E C T is a residential building neighbouring K Townhouses - the semi-detached villas. The project is Located in Gharghur, situated high between two valleys. The areas topography is the inspiration behind the massing of the building, manifesting as a continuous body of monolithic blocks.

The recesses at each floor are delineated by vegetation, mimicking the landscapes contour lines, creating staggered planes of terraced gardens – becoming its own topography.

By tilting the faces of the volumes, a dynamic and rhythmic façade is created, allowing for a continuous interplay of light and shadow throughout the day. This dramatic language is softened by the soft, stone-coloured plaster which relates to its context.
